Refund Policy

A paid subscription is considered active from the moment the payment is successfully completed.

Support assists with setup and troubleshooting. If the issue is on the service side and cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued under this policy.

Refund Cases

  • Double charge. Refund of the excess amount charged.
  • Payment system/service error. Payment was made, service not activated, support could not resolve.
  • Inactive subscription. Technical failure.
  • Tariff error. One plan paid, a cheaper plan activated — partial refund/recalculation.
  • Unable to establish connection. All instructions followed, but connection did not work.

Refund Denial

  • User does not follow instructions or intentionally misleads support.
  • Malfunction due to outdated OS (Windows 8.1 or lower) or software not meeting the requirements listed on the software developer's site.
  • Blocks by ISPs, government authorities, or third parties (beyond the service's control).
