Refund Policy

A paid subscription is considered active from the moment of successful payment.

If the issue is on the service side and cannot be resolved — a refund is possible under this policy.

Refund Cases

  • Double charge. Refund of the excess amount charged.
  • Payment system/service error. Payment was made, service not activated, support could not resolve.
  • Inactive subscription. Technical failure.
  • Tariff error. One plan paid, a cheaper plan activated — partial refund/recalculation.
  • Unable to establish connection. All instructions followed, but connection did not work.

Refund Denial

  • User does not follow instructions or intentionally misleads support.
  • Malfunction due to outdated OS (Windows 7 or lower) or software not meeting the requirements listed on the software developer's site.
  • Blocks by ISPs, government authorities, or third parties (beyond the service's control).
