Refund Cases
- Double charge. Refund of the excess amount charged.
- Payment system/service error. Payment was made, service not activated, support could not resolve.
- Inactive subscription. Technical failure.
- Tariff error. One plan paid, a cheaper plan activated — partial refund/recalculation.
- Unable to establish connection. All instructions followed, but connection did not work.
Refund Denial
- User does not follow instructions or intentionally misleads support.
- Malfunction due to outdated OS (Windows 7 or lower) or software not meeting the requirements listed on the software developer's site.
- Blocks by ISPs, government authorities, or third parties (beyond the service's control).
